Ayurveda is based on the guiding principle to find the root cause of disease or imbalance and restore the Mind, Body, and Spirit to its natural and balanced condition.
Helen Maxie offers consulting & education in Ayurvedic lifestyle practices consisting of one and a half hour consultations to determine your individual constitution (Vata, Pitta & Kapha) and follow-up with recommendations. There are also opportunities to attend classes and workshops or request a presentation for your organization or group.
Recommendations include: daily lifestyle practices, food guidelines, recipes, home remedies, meditation, breathing exercises and yoga postures depending on your individual constitution. Also, provide research for your health and wellness issues.
